Pursuant to North Dakota Century Code 26.1-04-03 and 26.1-25-16 insurers and/or producers are able to offer value added services for loss control or loss mitigation to policyholders through a service or product. These types of services and products are no longer required and should not be filed within or part of the insurance policies.
