The North Dakota Insurance Department is committed to transparency. We invite the public to participate in public meetings and hearings that impact North Dakota's insurance industry.
Hearings are legal proceedings where regulated entities appear before the Insurance Commissioner seeking approval to proceed with an action as required by law. Hearings are also utilized during the rulemaking process and other activities where state law requires a public hearing.
Meetings include advisory committees, board of directors, task forces or other meetings of public interest that the Department facilitates.
Get notified when public hearings are scheduled by signing up for email updates. Click here to get notices sent right to your inbox.
