The North Dakota Insurance Department will hold a public hearing to address the proposed adoption of rules to the North Dakota Administrative Code at 9:00 a.m. on Nov. 17, 2020, in the Sakakawea Room of the State Capitol in Bismarck, ND.
The proposed rules can be viewed on our website or a copy of the propsed rules can be obtained by calling (701) 328-2440. Written comments may be submitted to the following address until Dec. 2, 2020:
