In accordance with N.D.C.C. §26.1-07-04, you are hereby notified that the North Dakota Insurance Commissioner (“Commissioner”) will hold a public hearing (“Hearing”) regarding the request of Walsh County Mutual Insurance Company’s planned merger with Griggs Nelson Mutual Insurance Company. The public hearing will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, the 7th day of December, 2023, in the Sakakawea Room at the North Dakota State Capitol located at 600 East Boulevard Avenue, Bismarck, North Dakota.
