The North Dakota Insurance Department will hold a public hearing to address the proposed adoption of rules to the North Dakota Administrative Code at 9:00 a.m. on Nov. 17, 2020, in the Sakakawea Room of the State Capitol in Bismarck, ND.

The North Dakota Insurance Department, in conjunction with the North Dakota Professional Insurance Agents, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and Independent Insurance Agents of North Dakota, will again be conducting producer forums this year with one big difference - they’ll be virtual! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be hosting three events using Microsoft Teams.
